This base plate design incorporates a stylized tip, red L.E.D. lights and a light to illuminate the plate itself while cleaning up the clutter on the rear fender. - - A simplified wiring solution readily plugs in on '96-'07 Touring models and '96-'07 Softails. Hardwiring is required on earlier models.
