Pricing and availability are subject to change up to time of shipment. In the case of a price change Direct Line Parts will contact the customer to inform them of any changes. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. All prices and policies are subject to change.

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to the order being processed for shipping. To cancel an order a customer must call our office to do so. Orders cannot be canceled via e-mail or fax. Once the item has been processed for shipping, customers must follow returns procedures listed below. We strive to have the most accurate photos available of each product, but sometimes due to limited picture availability we use generic photos to represent the product. Differences will be minor from photo to actual product.
 

Payment Methods:
Direct Line Parts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Direct Line Parts Gift Certificate. We do not bill your credit card until merchandise is shipped. No Purchase Orders or C.O.D. orders will be accepted.               click here to return to top of page
 
 

Sales Tax:
Orders shipping to Florida, North Carolina and Ohio must be charged sales tax. Direct Line Parts now operates business from locations in FL, NC and OH to better service our customers across the United States.

Direct Line Parts Shipping Information:
Direct Line Parts offers FREE SHIPPING on all our products. All orders that total under $199 will be charged a $7.50 handling fee. Our Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and US Mail. Only one handling fee will be charged per order. Handling fees are non-refundable. Direct Line Parts does offer expedited shipping at an additional charge. If your part is needed under a time deadline please call our office to place your order to make sure we get it to you to meet your needs.

Orders may SHIP AHEAD; when out of stock items are included in multiple item orders. Direct Line Parts does Ship Ahead at no additional charge to the customer. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (See International Orders Section Below)

Direct Line Parts does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects, because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus Direct Line Parts will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Direct Line Parts and Direct Line Parts will consequently repair or replace the item and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.               click here to return to top of page
 
 

Internet Security:
Security of your on-line transaction is paramount at Direct Line Parts. All transactions are taken over a secure server connection. You may note the https in the URL of our order submission page. This means that your information is not accessible to everyone else. All transactions are fully encrypted. Encryption is a process of "scrambling" a message into meaningless characters and numbers, and decrypting is the process of "unscrambling" these messages. Only people with the "Key" to the encryption are allowed to decrypt the information. Only Direct Line Parts has this key. Direct Line Parts uses user e-mail addresses and passwords for two main reasons:
1) E-mail Addresses and passwords provide security for your account information. No one can view your information without the correct password and E-mail Address. When you register your e-mail address and password choose a password that only you know and that others cannot easily guess.

International Orders:
We do offer international shipping. Customer will be responsible for all International Shipping Charges, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, & Duties that may be charged to get you your product. You can place your order through our website to get an estimate of approximate shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges that are charged by shipping company to ship you products will be billed to your card. All other fees will be collected once the product is landed in your country through your customs department. Our primary means of shipment for International Orders is FedEx. We do not ship international orders via the US Postal Service. We will select the carrier for all orders. International customers cannot request carrier. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.

Because of increased internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file. In addition to this we will need a LEGIBLE copy of the Front and Back of your credit card as well a copy of the front of a official Photo Identification. (i.e. Drivers License, Military ID or Passport) Orders will only be shipped to address listed on the credit card statement. The copies must be faxed to us at 001-828-693-6944

Warranties and Returns:
All of our products are first quality items and carry the manufactures full warranty. Merchandise that has been installed CANNOT be returned. Items not listed on our website are considered special order items and are non-returnable. All Corbin seats are special order items and will be billed at time of order being placed and are non-returnable. For warranties and returns, customer must contact us by phone during normal business hours to have RMA issued. Customers cannot request RMA via e-mail or fax.

Damage or Discrepancy Claims:
Direct Line Parts & Direct Line must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of shipment, and prior to installation, of any and all damages/discrepancies to your shipment. Claims for damages outlined below WILL NOT BE VALID once the part has been installed. Inspect each part thoroughly for dents, chips, scratches, gouges, flaws, etc., and report any such damage to Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts by phone within 72 hours of receipt.

Warranty Claim Returns:
Merchandise may not be returned to Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts unless purchased directly from Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. Return requests for dents, chips, scratches, gouges, flaws, etc. will not be allowed after 72 hours of receipt of goods. All warranty claims will be forwarded to manufacturer of product for their warranty department to handle. Upon issuance of warranty claim by manufacturer warranty will be processed for customer by Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. Request to return products must be meet the terms of the above warranty policy or have been shipped in error by Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PREAUTHORIZATION FROM Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. You must contact Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts via PHONE for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package and on the invoice on the inside of the box. Packages without the RMA on the outside of the package will be refused. A RMA does not indicate warranty approval. Approval/Disapproval will be determined after our physical inspection of the returned part by Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts or the manufacturer. Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts does ship replacement parts prior to receipt and physical inspection of the part. Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for damages in return package shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight collect. Direct Line Parts does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. Due to the nature of electronic and electrical parts there will be no returns or exchanges.

Non-Warranty Returns:
Merchandise may not be returned to Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts unless purchased directly from Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. Request to return product must be arranged within 15 days of the invoice date and are responsible for freight charges from original shipment of the order. Once an RMA has been issued product must be received by Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts within 15 days. Helmets, clothing, apparel and all sized items can only be returned for exchange for correct size. Sorry, these items are not refundable. No credits will be issued. Electrical items can not be returned. All electrical items must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. On O.E.M. parts ordered through hondaonlineparts.com there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns or canceled orders. Installed parts are not returnable, except for warranty issues as stated above. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PREAUTHORIZATION FROM Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts. Damages in transit:
All orders are packaged with great care. However, if order is received in damaged condition, please report this to the shipper prior to notifying us. FEDEX can be reached at 1-800-463-3339. UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877. The shipper must inspect damaged packages for claims purposes, so do not destroy or discard packaging. After information has been given to shipping company notify Direct Line Parts & Direct Line Parts and please have your invoice number available for reference.
